Tumbling Gymnastics Coach - Part-time

ACTIVSTARS NORTHWEST is looking for someone who can answer "Yes!" to these questions. For 30 years, we have specialized in offering youth programs in communities across the country. This Coach position is for one evening per week, set day of the week that stays consistent for the full semester, such as every Thursday evening, coaching three age-groups of students (teams) the basics in tumbling and gymnastics. Experience with teaching children is a plus. Our Coaches also participate in three or four paid weekend events each semester (dates set in advance).Coaching responsibilities include practice preparations/lesson plan, teaching students safe and effectively, overseeing practice check-ins, fundamentals and execution and basic record-keeping. Paid training sessions will cover our organization teaching guidelines, records, and assisting a veteran coach to see how classes are conducted. This is truly one of the most fun part-time jobs you can imagine for great pay! Once a gymnast, always a gymnast!
