Absolute Waterproofing & Drainage Systems, Inc. is looking to fill several full time positions for General Laborers and Crew Leaders/Job Site Supervisors. GENERAL LABOR JOB DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have a Valid Tennessee Driver's License that is insurable
• Some construction experience (Must be able to lift/push/pull 80+lbs)
• Positive Attitude
• Work Ethic - Dedicated/Hard Working
• Regular Attendance Required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions year around
• Must be able to present yourself in a professional manner

CREW LEADER/JOB SITE SUPERVISOR  JOB DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have a Valid Tennessee Driver's License that is insurable
• Leads crew of laborers in performing their daily job duties
• Plan, schedule & lead/supervise the work in a safe, timely & productive manner
• Must possess a strong aptitude for leadership
• Be able to make necessary decisions relating to the accomplishment of job tasks
• Good Communication Skills
• Interfaces well with other field personnel & customers
• Responsible for certain administrative duties (including timesheets for crewmembers, production reports and schedules).
