We are seeking a high energy, experienced Sales Professional here at Green Rewards Card Solutions in the Hartford / Manchester, CT area to join our team. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

If you have a strong background in outside B2B sales, this is the right role for you! Our Account Executive acquires new merchant business partners through prospecting, cold-calling and building relationships with associations, chamber of commerce and financial institutions. The focus of this role is to work on onboarding small to mid-sized merchants.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

?Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of B2B sales and account management skills strongly desired
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong cold calling skills, hunter mentality and the ability to self-source
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills needed to interact with clients, and internal teams
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Sales process are a plus
  • Motivated, self-starter with excellent communication and time-management skills
