About this job

 

  • Delivery and pick up guests orders on a routine schedule.
  • ·Participate in all training, webinars, phone conferences.
  • Courteous and professional interaction with the public in general, prospects, guests, and co-workers at all times.
  • Maintain communication on all issues.
  • Maintain counter relations with all customers when at store.
  • Make presentations and foster relationships with key personnel at selected businesses and various networking events.
  • Develop delivery route by contacting local businesses, door hanging, participating in local events.
  • Utilize POS system to properly account for all articles.
  • Professionally communicate with customers and employees of the plant store to set up service
    and manage any ongoing communications.
  • Ensure quality of garments throughout the entire transportation process.
  • Mark in incoming customer orders: identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark
    and classify all pieces and input information into the computerized register.
  • Follow Company's customer protocol

?Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. and must be able to frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle
  • Deadline-oriented
  • Energetic, results oriented individual with a career mindset.·
  • Excellent English communication skills are imperative.
  • Not afraid of direct sales.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to work Monday-Saturday. Occasional nights as need for events and table set ups.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and implement them with minimum supervision.
