Job Description:
Our positions provide inbound callers with support and solutions regarding their healthcare benefits accounts. The right candidate will be provided with in depth training and guidance to provide our callers with the utmost customer service.

We Offer: $12.00/hr
6 weeks of paid training.
This position is Project Based for 6 months with potential to be permanent position.
Job Requirements: *Outstanding Customer Service Skills *Must have at least 6 months Call Center/Customer Service Exp. *Clear and Concise Communication Skills *Must have open availability including weekends *Must have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED *Must pass all Pre-Employment Drug & Background Checks *Must have Computer Proficiency and Navigation Skills
