Job Position Overview

We are looking for talented, creative and self-motivated individuals who want to play a key role in supporting our popular point of sale, payment processing, and enterprise management software solutions.

Qualified candidates will be responsible to provide technical assistance to our worldwide customers using telephone, email and remote support technology; conduct software and hardware testing and certifications; perform customer account maintenance and pro-active technical services as well as other duties associated with technical services.

Job Position Qualifications
  • Minimum of High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 Years of Professional Experience in the Customer Service or IT Fields
  • Windows 8/8.1, Vista, 7, 2008, 2012, and iOS, iPhone, iPad Experiences Desired
  • Computer and Peripheral Hardware Installation and Maintenance Experience
  • Software Installation and Usage Experience
  • Ability To Handle Up To 8 Hours of Telephone Based Technical Assistance
  • Ability To Conform To Schedule Changes That May Include Weekends and Over Night Shifts
  • Ability To Learn From Experiences and Become Independent Thinkers
  • Detail Oriented and A Passion For Quality
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communications
