Requirements
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The primary of this position is to oversee and carry out all aspects of on the job requirements. This includes constant communication to customers/contractors, while providing excellent customer service to all parties involved and representing the company in a professional manner. This position will maintain and enforce a safe and secure work environment and abide by all safety policies of Elite Line Striping and general contractors. Lastly, the crew leader is responsible for completing all other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Work schedule will require open availability including weekends, holidays, and potential overnights determined by the needs of the business, flexible.
- Maintain valid driver's license.
- Will be required to lift 75-100 lbs. without assistance many times a day.
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach out with body, arms, and legs to perform job tasks.
- The ability to exert oneself physically over long periods of time. This may include performing repetitive or strenuous tasks as well as standing/ walking for long periods of time.
- Working conditions will include the ability to work under difficult conditions, such as extreme cold, heat and inclement weather while exposed to constant sounds.
