Job Description

  • Provide prompt and friendly customer support via phone, chat, email and social media channels on issues ranging from simple to complex
  • Process orders and returns by phone
  • Troubleshoot technical and billing issues for customers
  • Skillfully assist and retain customers through positive customer relationship building
  • Provide product recommendations and style advice when needed
  • Meet and exceed service, accuracy, and productivity expectations
  • Communicate with Team Leads and/or Management to correct and prevent customer complaints/issues
  • Suggest improvements to enhance company communications (i.e. FAQ's, website)
  • Assist with various projects

 Qualifications:

  • Have an interest in fashion
  • Prior customer service experience in retail or related fields
  • Punctual and consistent attendance is required.
  • Open availability required.
  • Must be available to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Customer service oriented and solution focused
  • Typing Speed 50 wpm
  • Experience with Magento, Zendesk, telephone and chat support experience is a plus
