About this job
Primary Duties:
-MUST have applicable knowledge to issue certificates in accordance with contract terms and verify they are in compliance with policy terms
-Follow up and order endorsements as needed
-Order loss runs in preparation for renewal
-Issuance of ID cards
-File claim reports
-Follow up on cancellation notices
-Scan and attach to data management system
Qualifications
-Active P&C License preferred
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Service oriented with outstanding computer, data entry, and phone skills.
-Focus on quality, accuracy, documentation, and follow-through/follow-up.
-Ability to multi-task including prioritization of workload
-Positive Attitude
