OFFICE PRIDE Commercial Cleaning Service has immediate openings for Part-Time Cleaning Tech positions (all hours) in Colorado Springs area. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in earning extra money during the evenings & weekends. Adults who are retired or semi-retired are encouraged to apply. Cleaners usually work 10-15 hrs per week ONLY. This is a good position for a reliable adult who is able to work independently. Prior cleaning experience is not necessary. If you have the right attitude and work ethic we will gladly train you.

The position involves emptying garbage, dusting, cleaning sinks and toilets, vacuuming, mopping, etc. Qualified candidates should have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised. This is not a "trash-and-dash" position.Persons in this position are expected to clean thoroughly on a consistent basis. In return, we offer training and ongoing support and bonus pay. We also can provide future opportunities for additional accounts/hours/pay. Never FT hours, only PT.

All candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to pass background check.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

Must be able to stand, bend, and kneel for period of shift Must be able to raise hands above head to clean high areas Must be able to push/pull vacuum/carry vacuum Must be able to walk up/down stairs Other Responsibilities: Must be able to sweep, vacuum, mop and stairs where applicable

Required to clean restrooms Required to Dust and spot clean walls and ledges Re-Filling Soap Dispensers/Paper Towel/TP Empty Waste, recyclable containers and replace liners Clean interior/exterior windows Clean kitchenettes/appliances Other tasks as required per account
