Hagen CPA is currently recruiting for an Accounting Assistant to join our firm. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast paced accounting environment. An associates degree in Accounting is preferred, but willing to train someone with experience or currently working towards a degree or certificate.
Duties include:
-Data Entry - Bank reconciliation, check, credit card, & expense entry
-Accounts Receivable
-Accounts Payable
-Payroll Processing
-Assistance with printing & organizing tax return documents
-Backup as needed for Administrative duties
-Other projects as assigned by firm manager
This position will act as a strong support to our Staff Accountants, but will report directly to the firms managing partners.
