What we do:
Our GoodStart® Mentors offer a complimentary service on behalf of pharmacies to get people on a good routine with their medications by providing resources and information about their medicine.
Position Summary:
Attention! We are looking for GoodStart® Mentors to place outbound calls to pharmacy patients nationwide, all from the comfort of their home office! GoodStart® Mentors make calls from 9am to 9pm in the patient’s time zone Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. All conversations are scripted and designed to be conversational.
Requirements:
If you are skilled in 100% scripted based delivery and are a “natural” on the phone, then we want to hear from you. Other requirements include being an empathetic listener, engaging (able to match patient’s tone), able to converse with a diverse demographic of patients ranging from 18 to 90, professional and agile.
You must be at least 18 years or older, a US Citizen with English as your first language. Being able to read, write and speak Spanish at a native level fluency is a huge plus.
We are looking for those who can work a minimum of 20 hours per week and 4-8 hours on Saturday afternoons. Saturdays only are also an option.
As we are not healthcare professionals we unfortunately cannot accept those with direct medical care experience.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 10 years’ minimum of customer service and/or sales experience with talking to clients over the phone.
