See what actual cleaners do every day: As a window cleaner, we will train you to work alone on commercial route work and in teams on larger projects like homes, condominiums, and home or office complexes (up to 3 stories ONLY, no high rise).

Our normal work week is Monday - Friday, 7am - 2pm. On Tuesdays, we start at 6am. We have full- and part-time positions available. We work with your schedule and will book work for you in the time you make available to us. Need time off? Absolutely, we can change your schedule when you notify us!

We are hiring employees, not independent contractors. We have permanent work.

Window cleaners can be paid 100% commission (of course minimum wage is guaranteed by law for employees) or can be paid hourly for all your authorized hours. You WILL earn more on commission. You can start hourly and once you feel like you have mastered the work, you can switch to commission.

We always strive to work in the sweet spot: sweet for our customers, sweet for our employees, sweet for Fish Window Cleaning.

We pay weekly via direct deposit.

You must live in Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, or Boynton Beach. If you live out of this area, please apply with a different Fish Window Cleaning franchise. Don't worry, our territory is Boca Raton and Delray Beach only. You do not travel further than this to the jobs.
