Requirements

The Customer Service Representative position requires:

  • 6 months of previous Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a High School Diploma (Or GED equivalency)
  • Flexible schedules are very important as your shift can be anywhere from 5:00am-8:00pm, and weekend availability is also required
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
  • Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Drug screen & background check will also be conducted
  • Excellent communication skills are a must

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for:

  • Responsible for all customer inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system problems
  • Solve to resolve issues on first call
  • Thrives as a team player
  • Exercise retention efforts when appropriate
  • Identify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms - assisting the customer with the correct price plan
