Maintenance Tech (Highlands/St Matthews)
Local property management company is looking for an Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities:
Plumbing
Minor Electrical
Appliance Repair
Carpentry
Drywall and Painting
Grounds Keeping
Apartment Turns and Work Orders
HVAC experience/certification is a plus and will get you a higher pay

Requirements:
Prefer apartment maintenance experience and/or training
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Flexibility in any situation
Willingness to learn and grow
Ability to follow instructions
Comfortable with heights and ladders
Have a valid driver's license
MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER

This position requires honesty, dependable transportation to and from work regardless of the weather, a neat appearance, and a can do attitude.
