The mission of Reaching Up is to "create hope, help and opportunity by bringing community partners together to respond to the local needs of youth and families". Its vision is thatg each school-age child in need, in our service area, has the resources and support to reach his/her full potential in body, mind and spirit.
The Executive Director is the key management leader of Reaching Up and is responsible for overseeing the administration of programs, strategic plans, supervising of staff and volunteers and day-to-day operations of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing and community outreach.
