Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking Acquisition Specialist for our company that specializes in buying real estate investment properties. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are willing to devote 10-12 hours a week of their extra time and make additional dollars to supplement their current income. You do not need any experience in real estate but you should have good negotiations and persuasion skills. You need to have your own car and be willing to drive up to a 30 mile radius from Schaumburg/Hoffman states within the North West suburb area. Must have great people skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Position:
- Acquisition Specialist
- Part-Time: 3 month commitment, Flexible hours
- Be professional with clients friendly, personalized service and develop rapport.
- Responsible for negotiating and persuading clients with friendly and individualized attention towards each customer & client!
