Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Process Lead in Spartanburg.

Job Description:

-To provide the required technical support and organization skills in the product quality planning phase of all products and systems.
-Continuously improving Quality inspection process and procedures
-Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
-Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
-Leads corrective actions and preventive actions (8D, 5Why, etc.)
-Establishes programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and analytical equipment and facilities.
-Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.
-Preparation of Quality Reports, PPAP documentation, and Control Plans
-Leads and implements assigned Projects and Continuous Improvement
-Analyze and react to SPC data
-Other duties as assigned
-Provides accurate and timely reports to Supervisor/Management as required
-Work effectively with co-workers and management]
-Be cooperative in all your dealings with fellow employees
-Continuously enhance skill level through training
-Assist in the training and development of new employees
-Work in conjunction with Quality Manager and/or Supervisor to identify training needs

Requirements:
-Ability to act as a Cross-functional Team member
-Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
-Ability to use Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges, Profile Projector, Gauge Block and similar measuring equipment
-Advanced computer skills
-Capable of fundamental statistical analysis and advanced statistical techniques
-Minimum of 2 year College diploma or Certified Quality Engineer Diploma
-Minimum of 3 year related work experience

Direct Hire position
Pay Rate $20.00 DOE
