Assistant Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

• You will work directly with the Store Manager and crew in providing only the highest quality product and outstanding GUEST Services.
• You will be responsible for supervising shifts and work stations to deliver outstanding quality service, cleanliness and value on every shift that you manage.
• Provide constant development of crewmembers focusing on team building.
• Meet goals related to store sales, payroll, and food cost.
• Accounting for cash management functions to include daily and weekly reports, and daily bank deposits.
• Assist in the completion of weekly schedules for crew and ensuring a fully staffed store at all times.
• Ensure compliance in relation to Food Safety and Sanitation.
• Maintain equipment, stock area, and store.

Requirements and Skills:

• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Exceptional team building capability
• Basic business, math and accounting skills and strong analytical /decision-making skills
• Basic personal computer literacy
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 2 – 4 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment

Rise Pies, a BRAND NEW and exciting fast casual pizza concept, is searching for an experienced Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager is required to manage the overall operations of the store in absence of the Store Manager. These tasks include perform all essential duties of pizza making, recruiting and scheduling employees, training and developing work force, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, and maintaining safety and security of all times.

Job Qualifications:

• Team leader who enjoys  a fast paced environment and has ability to communicate, coach, and lead with no supervision
• Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential
• Open availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
• Experience with product control, inventory control, and labor control
• Ability to grow sales through community events and local store marketing
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Proficiency with computers, P.O.S. systems, and Microsoft Office
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs.

• Handle all customer concerns according to Rise Pies standards
• Open and close store according to Rise Pies procedures
