About this job

Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm shift

  1. Supervise, lead and provide guidance and suport to a team of maitenance staff 
  2. Prepare work orders and determined appropiate response
  3. Supervise staff and provide job training as necessary
  4. Great communication skills and very well organized
  5. Monitor expenses, review timesheets, complete routine office functions
  6. Handle small capital improvement projects, solicit bids, coordinate contractors
  7. Oversee crew on-call duty for off-hours emergenices
  8. Coordinate turnaround work
  9. Schedule outside vendors to do turnaround work
  10. Help with website and marketing for new business

REQUIRED:

  1. Minimum 5 years in maintenance serving multiple buildings and locations, Property Management industry preferred
  2. Proven Management and Customer Service experience
  3. Strong ability to organize and prioritize
  4. Experience with scheduling a crew to multiple sites
  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the Company
  6. Must consent to and pass background check
  7. Strong computer skills, word, and excel
  8. Able to create marketing flyers and email campaigns
