Registered Nurse RN Critical Care Resource Nurse F/T 36 Nights

The clinical resource nurse partners with the Nurse Manager to ensure operational readiness of the department in the provision of direct nursing care for the Critical Care patient. Minimum Qualifications  * Education  * Graduate of an accredited professional nursing school required. Experience * Minimum two years of experience in ICU. Nursing with demonstrated leadership abilities. * Previous charge nurse experience preferred. Licensure and/or Certification * Current licensure to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts required. * BLS healthcare provider required.  * ACLS  * Certification preferred Skills * Basic nursing skills. * Assessment skills. * Critical thinking skills. * Organizational skills. * Computer skills. * Ability to maintain confidential information. * Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English * Excellent customer service skills. * Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. * Computer skills required.
