Job Description

• Responsible and accountable for all restaurant operation, and profitability
• Inspects food and food preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations
• Writes weekly schedule
• Makes sure everyone is in correct uniform
• Successfully can fill out ordering forms/ Receiving orders
• Accountable for Store Daily Money & responsible for Store Money Deposit
• Directs hiring, assignment, training, motivation and termination of employees.
• 100% knowledge of kitchen equipment
• 100% knowledge of POS transactions and manager reporting
• Keeps office neat and organized
