About this job
We are looking for professional and reliable Snow Removal Subcontractors for the upcoming Snow Season (October 2016 - April 2017).
Snow Removal Subcontractors will work with LCS to safely and effectively clear snow and provide ice management for local HOAs, including sidewalks, driveways, streets and alleyways throughout the Snow Season.
We are looking for subcontractors with:
-Hand crews for shoveling sidewalks
-Skid Steers
-Plow trucks
Requirements:
-Subcontractor is to provide own crew members.
-Must be available with committed crew to work EVERY time it snows - Days, Night, Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays.
-We will provide shovels; any additional equipment must be provided by Subcontractor.
-Subcontractor is to carry General/Comprehensive Liability Insurance & Workers' Compensation Insurance.
-Subcontractor is to comply with all applicable State and Local Laws, Regulations, Rules and Federal Orders.
Pay: Subcontractor pay rates are based on equipment and experience.
