Recruitment Internship - Unpaid - Part-time

About the Opportunity:

Boutique executive search/recruiting firm is seeking 1 or 2 Recruiting Interns to join us ASAP. The ideal candidate will have an interest working in an entrepreneurial environment and a desire to learn about the agency recruitment field. We are located in the Flatiron District in New York City.

The Recruiting Intern(s) will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting in sourcing candidates (through our database, LinkedIn, company websites, etc.)
• Managing/updating our CRM database
• Creating reports, presentations, & other marketing materials for internal & external purposes (heavy use of Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel)
• Candidate mapping
• Scheduling interviews
• Creating/managing Excel spreadsheets of client & candidate information
• Ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you must be eligible for academic credit to support your internship work. This is an unpaid internship.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, extremely organized and can work independently as well as with others. This individual should be well versed in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) & LinkedIn. Knowledge of the recruitment field is not required, but an interest and desire to learn about it is strongly preferred.

Hours are flexible between 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. We are looking to have someone join us immediately.
