Catering Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Catering Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Keep up with Monkey Media (accept new orders, making changes)
• Check delivery fees before sent to the Home Office
• Make sure all necessary materials are on hand at all times
• Set up/deliver caterings
• Assign available delivery drivers
• Make sure catering bags/coolers are clean and maintained
• Update drivers on all changes with caterings and/or delivery
• Market twice a week
• Follow up calls to new customers
• Train new Drivers
• All duties for which Catering Drivers are responsible

Qualifications: 

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to comprehend complex directions to specific physical locations.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers and other employees.
• Must have a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers and decimals.
• Ability to compute change.
