Immediate Openings!! Shift Leaders $12.00-$15.00 Five Guys Burgers & Fries – Need to develop teams for multiple new openings!!

We have full-time positions for an Immediate Openings!! Daytime/Nighttime Shift Leaders $12.00-$15.00 Five Guys Burgers & Fries.  We have 3 units in development right now, and we’ll need to develop Managers quickly to accommodate those units!  Our Leadership Training program is excellent.  Shift leaders will learn about P&L management, HR allocation and customer service strategy.

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

Wage: $11.00 -$13.00 + at least another $1.00 to $4.00/hr in expected bonus potential

Requirements

Our franchise group is opening at least 3 new units in the next 12 months and we need career-minded people think they have what it takes.  From shift leader, a great employee could make manager with a salary and a large bonus in less than a year, if they follow our program.  It’s EXCELLENT management training for food service, retail or any line of work.

This store is part of a young and growing franchise group that includes both Five Guys Burgers and Fries stores as well as Dunkin Donuts stores.  We opened the 2nd Five Guys in Massachusetts, and have been operating Five Guys stores for over 7 years.  We rank in the middle or top of our region for employee bonus wins, and we want people who can help us stay there!

Opening shifts begin at 7:00 am, with prep starting at 8:00am.  Closing shifts end around 11:00pm.
