Facility Maintenance Mechanic

Despite the growth of neighborhoods and highways nearby, Willow Oaks has retained its idyllic setting and country feel. With its river vistas, rolling hills, serene environs and old world charm, Willow Oaks still feels like that home in the country it was so long ago. Willow Oaks celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2008, and remains unyielding with nearly 1000 families comprising the active membership. Willow Oaks maintenance department is now seeking a qualified, dependable, self-motivated individual, over the age of 21, for a full-time hourly position; to assist with repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing and electrical systems within an industrial establishment.  Successful candidates require some prior experience or training in all forms of building maintenance, have basic knowledge of tools and materials, and maintain a valid driver's license.

Hours are Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with rotating weekends.
