Friday and Saturday 11pm-6:30am
*Marriott Experience Required
Responsibilities Included but are not limited to:
• Prepare the Night Audit reports
• Accounting-Close and balance accounts; analyze and correct out-of-balance transactions
• Verify guest records and data
• Respond to guest needs
• Act as Manager on Duty
• Check in/out guests
• Know current status of rooms and individuals guests
• Review reservations due to arrive, checking for duplicates, oversee special requests, and other factors requiring follow up
• Process payments and GNS
• Answer phones
• Deliver guest folios
