Sugar and Plumm is a unique concept incorporating specialty pastries, chocolate, American Bistro food and retail. We are looking for a hardworking assistant manager to join our team! At least 2 years of restaurant management /food and beverage experience required! Experience in unique retail concepts preferred (No Exceptions).
Our Ideal Candidate would have the following:
- Open availability including weekends and holidays a must
- An outgoing / bubbly personality a must!
- Thrives in a teamwork based environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit /self-starter/ has a sense of urgency
- Ability to manage, coach and develop team members
- Past experience with inventory management, cash management and other operational tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office / various point of sales systems (Aloha experience a plus)
