Job Overview:

The Material Specialist plays a key role as part of the production team. The specialist will be responsible for visually inspecting products and measuring product length to make sure the appropriate materials are being used. The specialist also ensures all proper documentation is generated and completed. The quality of our products and great customer satisfaction rely on this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read tape measurements
• Ability to do basic math/counting
• Ability to read and accurately document all required paperwork
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks without direct supervision
• Display strong work ethics and a safety-first mentality
• Great written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge/experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
