About this job
- Minimum five years experience
- Knowledge of On Screen Takeoff or equivalent inclusive of Timberline
- Able to meet with subcontractors and negotiate contracts
- Ability to forward PDF's to trades
- Able to takeoff AIA plans in detail and price out accordingly
- Track all project change orders
- Assist in billing job progress payments
- Visit job sites
- Attend job meetings
