WE ARE LOOKING FOR: FRONT-OF-HOUSE (all positions tipped): CASHIER / SERVER, EXPEDITER, SHIFT LEAD, AND ASSISTANT MANAGER or LINE COOKS (SEAFOOD EXPERIENCE), PREP or DISHWASHER We are a new restaurant serving fresh local seafood. Part of family-owned chain of 5 restaurants. Looking for team-members who are passionate about food, have a "can do" attitude, flexible schedule, a clean & neat appearance, and reliable transportation. Line-cook position: At least two years of hands-on cooking experience! Things you must know here include how to cook seafood to particular temperatures, how to work the fryer, sautee using a hot pan, and use a flat top grill. You need to know how to properly rotate, label, & date prepped items, work fast & smart, know how to set up your station so that it is efficient using proper time management.
