We are a small, program committed to providing high-quality child care for infants and toddlers inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach to the Education of Young Children. We work as a collaborative team of teachers and parents in a parent co-op model, where all community members-- children, families, and teachers-- are respected and valued for their contributions. At Explore and Discover, our teachers loop with the children, staying with the same group from infancy through three years old. Applicants will form strong, long-term relationships with children and families, will work cooperatively with co-teachers on a small teaching team, and must have a caring and active approach to teaching.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:15 am-5:15 pm with an hour lunch break.
Pay: Hourly pay, dependent on experience and education. Please specify any pay requirements in your cover letter.
