An innovative service for persons with developmental disabilities is seeking energetic, creative and motivated people to join our teams in Aurora, and Arvada.
Our Mentors are motivated to serve our special population of people with patience, resolve and compassion. They implement person centered outcomes to assist each person reach the goals they have for their lives. Along the way they assist and support them through their achievements and challenges.
Choice is known for serving those who have few other options. We are looking for strong team members who are ready for this type of challenge. We are known for not giving up on people when they face difficult life issues. We expect our team members to not give up either.
You will receive excellent training in providing state of the art support, care and services for people with developmental disabilities, including several certifications.
We have implemented a NEW REVIEW process that mirrors your orientation and development providing opportunities for pay increases within the first year.
