Maurice Guillot Property Management is looking for a reliable General Maintenance Tech to join our team.
Duties include:
-Respond to maintenance needs including basic electrical, plumbing, flooring, wall and landscape needs.
-Make -ready apartment for new move-ins (includes painting, minor carpentry work, minor wall repairs)
Required Skills
-General knowledge or willingness to learn lite electrical, plumbing and appliance repair as well as routine reparative and preventative maintenance.
-Able to adapt to using hand and power tools
Starting Pay$ 14.25 per hour
