General Manager

Job Summary:

As a General Manager at McAlister's Deli you would be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to your team. You should be passionate about the industry, inspiring others, coaching, counseling, creating a profitable environment, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our Team Members must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management.

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years restaurant management experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
• The desire to develop talent with in both the management and hourly teams
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Sound decision making and problem solving skills
• Desire for personal and professional growth

Two Years restaurant and /or management experience. Basic knowledge of food cost and inventory controls. Professional and positive attitude, pride about doing a job well. Ability to lead and encourage others to succeed daily. Team- minded skills that articulate the message of delivering superior customer service.
