Mortgage Loan Officer

GSF Mortgage is your local correspondent lender and we have an exciting opportunity for licensed loan officers. We are currently growing our office and would like to add you to the family.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Knowledgeable on product and rate options for new clients
• Data entry into Encompass loan system
• Produce and gather initial loan disclosures
• Utilize in-house pricing engine
• Familiar with loan guidelines and parameters (credit, LTV, DTI, etc.)
• Provide a complete loan submission package for the processing department.  
• Keep organized notes on your files and keep the customer informed on progress 
• Daily Communication with your team
