The Holts Summit Police Department is currently accepting applications for the postion of Full Time Police Officer.Our new officers are hired with the expectation that during each day of their career, they will provide a high level of service to our citizens, continuing the efforts of the dedicated men and women of our department.Patrol Officers work 12 hour shifts with every other weekend off.We offer a variety of patrol, investigative, and special duty assignments.Everyday will bring a new, non-routine and exciting challenge to you and another opportunity to serve and protect others.
Requirements:
The applicant must be POST certified within the State of Missouri, be at least 21 years of age, and have a valid Missouri Driver License.Holts Summit Police Department is a progressive and professional agency that promotes career development with specialized mentoring, and indivdualized careeer assessments.We offer competitive starting around $30,000 and excellant benefits package which includes city paid medical and life insurance coverage, paid sick leave and 80 hours vacation of vacation after one year.The city offers employee retirement (LAGERS).
