The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

• Have experience taking, preparing, and setting up catering orders.
• A professional tone and manner on the phone as well as in person
• Minimum age of 18, preferably 21
• Valid drivers licence and available to deliver food
• Available any time Monday-Saturday from 6 AM to 9 PM
