Immediate Opening: Assistant Manager - Full-time

This job is for the manager who strives to create positive experiences and memories for all who touch DQ! An assistant manager helps the general manager in executing specific aspects of the restaurant operations, which may include financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing. Must be ambitious to set high standards and create a great environment for the team to work. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience. Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and Labor. Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices. ServSafe certifiable.
