Operates or tends soldering and brazing machines that braze, solder, or spot weld fabricated products or components.

2) Adds chemicals and materials to workpieces or machines, using hand tools.

3) Cleans and maintains workpieces and machines, using equipment and hand tools.

4) Reads and records operational information on specified production reports.

* Braze copper tubing and assemblies utilizing 5%, 25%, and 45% silver wire.
* Follow a specific production schedule
* Achieve efficient and economical production consistent with established cost and quality standards
* Maintain close surveillance over manufacturing operations through regular review of machine settings and tolerances
* Assure coordination and integration of work flow, timely production, and resource utilization
* Maintain high standards of quality while fulfilling customer demand
* Coordinate and expedite manufacturing activities
* Assist and advise co-workers to expedite production
* Assist in the resolution of problems related to production
* Maintain good housekeeping in all areas of the facility
* Report any accidents and complete all necessary documentation in a timely fashion
* Adhere to company policies and safety requirements
* Train and assists others

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

* High School diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
* Must be able to stand 8+ hours daily

NOT REQUIRED, BUT HELPFUL

* Working knowledge of ISO 9000
* Previous assembly line experience
