Laundry Team Member / Warehouse - Full-time / Part-time

Laundry Production staff Full time / part-time needed in Commercial Laundry facility in North Charleston to commercial iron linens on a pressing machine. Person(s) needed to lift linens from cart and place neatly on feeding board and/or lift/pull sheets from the cart and place selvage edge into device. Also may work in folding towels using folding machines.Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds repetitively. Must be able to work at a productive pace and meet production standard requirements. Rotating shifts to include weekends and holidays. Holidays we work are all except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. All other holidays, if worked pay 1.5 times normal pay (guaranteed over time) Responsibilities:

• Inspect linens for tears and/or stains and press button to cull items as needed.
• Communicate with Lead Operator/Maintenance to report jams.
• Using caution to prevent linen from falling onto floor.
• Organization of linens.
• Clean department work area every shift.

Salary is hourly based on experience PLUS incentive bonus every paycheck up to $600.00 monthly added to your normal hourly pay. Occasional over time required. Rotating schedules weekly, early and afternoon / evening shifts available. 3 day - 12 hour shifts, 4 day - 9 hour shifts, 5 day - 7.5 hour shifts available.
