We cater to the concierge, front desk and doorman needs of residential and corporate clients across New Jersey. We maintain a staff of motivated, knowledgeable and professional associates that provide our clients with a one-of-a-kind experience. All of our concierge, front desk and doorman associates are carefully screened, trained and diligently supervised. We select associates based on high levels of integrity, customer service, experience, and more. TASKS:

  • Proactively educate clients on the resources and programs available to them through the concierge service.  Cultivate relationships, add and increase client usage, build client loyalty, trust and confidence
  • Ensure quality is delivered by our preferred vendors and follow up and make sure all residents' requests and concerns are answered 
  • Manage requests from residents, including  but not limited to: meeting and event planning, personal and corporate gift research, reservations, animal and home care services, and many other lifestyle management programs 
  • Plan resident/tenant appreciation parties, coordinate activities and promote participation in community events
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the property, meet, greet and direct, answer calls professionally and assist with directions or instructions for the building
  • All other job duties as requested

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in the hospitality and/or customer service industry needed and proven experience as a concierge at a residential/corporate building or hotel, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, as this job requires frequent interaction and communication with building residents and guests
  • Reliable, highly organized, friendly, professional and able to handle conflict in a calm and effective manner
  • Multi tasks work with proven computer skills (word, excel, internet); and perform well under pressure, eager to learn and self motivated while being resourceful and creative
  • Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time, conduct periodic walking tours, and may be required to lift up to 45 lbs.
