Receptionist & Greeter Positions

Sophisticated Catering Hall in search of Hardworking, Bright, Friendly, & Outgoing Greeters/ Receptionist that are ready and willing to become part of the Hospitality Industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Must be able to work Week Days & Week Nights / Weekends Day & Night
• To report to work on time and in proper uniform
• To treat every Client, Guest, Superior, coworker and vendor with respect
• First impression is EVERYTHING To provide highest quality service to guest and client at all times
• Properly direct clients and guest to appropriate location, Properly Direct Phone Calls to appropriate Location
• Respond positively to guest request or questions and direct to proper management, take minimal amounts of information in office with clients
• Must follow company policies and procedures
• Perform other job related activities as required or assigned by supervisor or manager; Some knowledge of Computers/ Phone System

Physical Demands

• Ability to continuously stand or walk.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs
• Ability to move in a fast paced environment and perform well under stress

*Some week days, week nights, weekends
