Automotive Quality Liason- Georgetown, KY

Immediate opening to the right candidate. Must be bright, well groomed, have reliable transportation, and previous experience. This is not for someone who wants to sit in the same office chair every day!  This is a direct hire position with a full benefit package.

Work will be performed in Georgetown KY. Work will be mainly on first shift, with plenty of opportunity for overtime. Candidate must be able to think on their feet, have basic computer skills, and great communication and negotiation skills.  Automotive quality background required.  Seating experience required, bilingual in Spanish/English preferred. 


POSITION SUMMARY

• Core function will be to communicate quality concerns in Georgetown to the out of State supplier.
• Send daily pictures and details in a spreadsheet to the supplier.
• Evaluate the quality concerns and determine the cause.  If not a supplier issue, be able to defend the supplier to local quality group.
• Perform daily audits on supplier material.
• Initiate inspection (sorting) if warranted.
