We are currently seeking an Call Center Agents to ensure accurate, cost effective and timely order management in relation to mobile technology.

Hours: 1st & 2nd shift available.
Pay: $13/hr 

Job Duties:

  • Processing orders within all cellular carrier systems
  • Manage multiple orders, tasks, and follow up work and take necessary actions to update order entry systems to ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers
  • Resolve order issues and carrier issues pertaining to client orders
  • Providing exemplary customer service
  • Meet minimum daily activity goals and objectives set forth by management
  • Developing and nurturing relationships between the company and the Client
  • Ensuring cost effective & timely order management
  • Work closely with multiple departments across the organization, to ensure that orders meet all client established guidelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong typing skills
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Order entry experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple orders/systems simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail in assembling and submitting service requests
  • Willingness to work and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to resolve orders/trouble thoroughly with initiative and urgency
  • Exceptional listening, questioning and call control techniques
