Room/Suite Attendant - Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Housekeepers at Hampton Inn & Suites do multiple jobs to ensure the comfort of every guest. As a room/suite attendant you ensure that our guest rooms are clean and stocked for each of our guests prior to their arrival and throughout their stay with us to maintain Hampton's high standards of quality. You help our team deliver an experience to our guests, not just a hotel stay. Laundry Attendants maintain a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel by performing all stages of linen processing.

These duties will be conducted in a friendly, efficient, and consistent manner to uphold the high quality standards of Hampton Hotels. Applicant must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays. Shifts start at 9am on weekdays and 10am on weekends. Shifts will vary between 4 and 8 hours per day depending on business levels.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clean guest rooms/suites assigned and common areas
• Restock carts and linen and storage areas
• Turn in lost and found items
• Check condition of equipment in guest bedroom
• Wipe down and re-make roll-a-way beds and cribs and return them to storage
• Pick up debris in parking lots as assigned
• Take trash from cart to outside receptacle
• Check smoke alarms in guest rooms
• Turn mattresses and box springs as assigned
• Sort soiled and unsoiled linen
• Load and unload washers and driers
• Fold and store linen
