Job Description – Sales Associate
The job of a sales associate involves providing excellent customer service and selling, restocking, merchandising, and cash handling. The sales associate is responsible for greeting and assisting customers as they walk in and help maintain the store by cleaning, merchandising, and restocking inventory.

Requirements of a Sales Associate

Job Description – Manager

The job of a manager involves strategically planning, initiating, and allocating all resources in order to help maximize sales and efficiency. Managers must have good communication, delegation, and organization, motivational, and leadership skills. You must have the skill to create and retain a solid team by successfully training all members on policies, procedures, and job duties. Maintaining a positive work environment by taking ownership is extremely important to ensure the store runs at its optimal level

Requirements of a Manager:

• Experience in a management position (preferably in retail)
• Availability to work early/late shifts
• Flexible availability and schedule
• High energy and positive attitude
