We are looking for a reliable employee to work in our fast paced office. MUST KNOW QUICKBOOKS ONLINE, Word, Excell, Dropbox, & Xactimate (willing to teach Xactimate program only- if needed).
Requirements:
Works well under stress, works well under pressure, be organized, do well at prioritizing, deal with angry customers with ease, have good communication with vendors. Must have reliable transportation, and excellent attendance. Must get along well with female co-workers, as we are a no drama office. Must be experienced with computers; such as emailing, spreadsheets, and downloading documents.
We consistently have a heavy workload & we ask a lot of our employees. This is a great office for the right person who can handle it. Please only serious inquiries only. We are hiring to start next week!
