Description & Duties:
Morning prep in a pizza store. Making dough, grating cheese, chopping vegetables, making pizzas, other duties as assigned. Very flexible work environment. Hours are typically 7:00am or 8:00am to 2:00pm or 3:00pm. WE DO NOT COOK PIZZA so cleaning is much easier. Must be 18 or older for prep to use equipment. Evening hours also available for a person with great customer service. Lots of growth possibility, position could become an assistant manager or manager for right person with the right skills. Must want to be involved in a great and growing company!!
Cooks
- Clean food preparation areas and kitchen equipment
- Follow or maintain safe food handling and sanitation procedures
- Follow safety procedures
- Inform supervisors when equipment is not working properly
- Inform supervisors when supplies are getting low
- Measure or weigh ingredients
- Prepare and shape dough
- Prepare salads
- Read food order slips
- Slice meats, cheese, breads or vegetables with knife or slicing machine
Cashiers
- Tabulate daily receipts and cash
- Operate cash registers
- Process credit card transactions
- Wrap, unpack store merchandise
